OTC 2013: SEMS Session

The SEMS session (#047) at next year's OTC has been finalized. It
will be held Thursday May 9 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in Room 610, and will be followed
by the lunch time talk from Director Watson of BSEE.
